Support Specialist

Xpand is looking for Looking for a Support Specialist to join one of my clients, based in Singapore

This is a 12 contract role.

In this role: You will work closely with product and technical experts and will be required to continuously learn about product and services.

What YOU will Do:

• Willingness to understand and articulate complicated and technical systems to customers
• Product troubleshooting,
• Triage and escalation of product issues and bugs
• Project management and analyzing partner support trends and feature requests.
• Work across multiple internal teams and manage multiple escalations simultaneously

What you MUST have:

• Experience in Product troubleshooting OR enterprise APIs a plus but not required
• Passion for cutting-edge technology, customer service, and fast paced work environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required in order to provide clear and thorough responses to top-tier partners in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing world class technical support .
