This is a techno-functional role where you get to continuously be hands-on while evolving into a technical lead. From a technical standpoint, this role empowers you to introduce new technologies, defining methodologies and frameworks to use, set processes and practices in place for new development projects. You will be surrounded with technology stacks such as VueJS for frontend, Java and Python for backend, SQL Server and MongoBD for database and AWS for cloud. Code reviews is one of the ways you can help the development team.

Your “can-do” attitude is vital to drive outcome in everything you do. This team lead will run stand up meetings daily to ensure the whole team working in synergy to meet certain requirements and deliverable. The team will seek for your guidance in the areas of their work. As a lead, you will also deal with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
