UI Architect

User Interface (UI) Architect

Contract Duration: 1 year

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work on e-commerce platforms that sell hardware devices to the world. Join the team in an open and dynamic work environment that shares ideas freely.

Responsibilities

• Implement interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Work with design team and engineers to build out a new design system
• Guide the styling aspects and provide inputs to the feasibility of the design system
• Build components for the new design system using in-house CSS methodologies
• Impart CSS knowledge to the team and ramp members up on CSS skills

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of web user interfaces development experience
• Knowledge of CSS – display, positioning, layout, cascading, specificity, and more
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with building user interface components/design systems from scratch
• Experience with CSS architecture of large scale applications
