The Company

A nimble and innovation-driven mid-size private healthcare organisation in Asia.

The Role

• Play the role of Chief Engineering Architect Lead and work closely with IT and Digital COE to create modular and scalable solutions that address future architectural changes and designs.
• Drive team engineering practices in test driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
• Design and own the overall technological architecture of the Group.
• Mentor and coach the technical team in code reviews and establishing industry-based software engineering practices.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Software Engineering & Agile development plus some enterprise architecture exposure.
• Seasoned developer or technical lead with deep insight into newest technologies and trends.
• Strong communication skills with ability to align organization on complex technical decisions.
• Active coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and maximize the team’s potential.
