Main Responsibilities:

– Leading research and observation of user behavior across all digital channels.

– Standardize channels/platforms design language.

– Map pain points and redesign customer journey maps.

– Assess migration patterns between channels and platforms.

– Test ideas proposed by customers/employees to improve overall customer experience.

– Develop the design strategy and deploy design tools/methodologies (best practices) across the digital channels.

– Coach relevant stakeholders on design concepts, effective ideation to find ways to optimize customer experience.

– Oversee the design of high level prototypes to share internally with stakeholders and with customer focus groups.

– Assess the impact of introduced changes to customers, process and systems and develop relevant communication and execution plan to support the effective implementation of change.
