The ideal candidate will come from CRM/CLM background, with experience in designing retention campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the planning, design and content for email campaigns to improve the original format.
  • Build great email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the multiple teams in the business that will assist you in design and content creation.
  • Own the operations for executing regional retention marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns through tracking and analytics.
  • Create dashboards, reports and alerts for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • HTML experience is a must as sometimes you will be required to support from a hands on perspective.
  • Experience using marketing automation software such as mailchimp or ExactTarget.
  • 4 years experience.
