Creative Director

We’re looking for a passionate, well-rounded Creative Director to join a mission-driven, innovative design agency and lead a talented brand design and creative team in developing world-class advertising, packaging, communications, brand experiences, web look and feels and more, that break-through noise and drive the business, and the brand identity, mission, and values forward.

Generally you will

• Direct the creative team to create inspiring creative work for brands as well as direct and develop compelling new solutions for brand identities
• Manage the day-to-day of the creative team across all media and process
• Build and present high-quality presentations of creative work that have strong rationale and strategic insights – starting from award to final production
• Develop multiple conceptual directions per assignment and manage the creative team to execute these to the highest level of company and brand standards
• Work with the Executive Producer to manage deadlines, resolve resource issues, and ensure delivery of work is correct and to specifications
