Providing their clients with a contextual, brand-focused, secured media targeting, encompassing multiple social and digital platforms, all while aggregating compiled data across all their campaigns and networks. You’ll play a critical role in driving the overall vision, growth, and strategy for our organization.

Leading them with superb growth potential consisting of teams spanning Client Services, Operations & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Ad Ops, Strategic Partnerships and Product Development. All while owning the P&L and growth plan. This will be your ship to steer!

Responsibilities

* Leadership and day-to-day management of the business holistically, with an eye to elevating and improving the process, delivery, and client management skills.

* Build an expanded sales force in the US with a primary focus on NYC while fortifying current sales team members.

* Proactively seeks out ways to expand the business through increased engagement, efficiencies, and relationship building with clients and partners.

* Create a successful and synergistic team dynamic between the sales, marketing, and client services teams.

* Provide oversight of product development & technology team on both market position for new offerings and pipeline development position new offerings.

* Handles internal and client escalations with maturity and a solutions-based approach.

* Communicate frequently with the parent company, including providing updates on the strategic, operational as well as the financial health of the organization. However, you will be fully in control of the business.

Requirements

* 10-15+ years of experience within digital media & technology environment, and experience succeeding at the E.V.P, or Managing Director (or similar executive leadership level)

* Experience scaling teams, evolving organizational structures, implementing best in class new business practices and maximizing resources

* Experience building high performing sales teams and delivery teams

* Strong operational capabilities – proficient in building a well-run business

* Experience working with demanding, high-stakes accounts, winning and managing C-level clients, conducting quarterly business reviews, and supporting day-to-day contacts

* Ability to manage conversations, presentations, revenue opportunities and escalations at the most senior levels

* Strong strategic capability; always thinking about what’s next and able to deliver a compelling business case for bringing new ideas forward
