Very Well funded Tech company in NYC is looking for a Lead UX Researcher / Director of UX Research with a tech and HCI, social science or similar background.
The biggest thing here is that you must have solid experience with management; you must have experience mentoring team members and developing a team. This company is rapidly growing, looking to double the Research team by end of the year, and you will have a great involvement in this process!
Other reqs:
-ability to work with designers, engineers, product marketing managers and prioritize projects within a super fast paced environment
-strong skill with written reports and presentation/communication skills
-A/B testing, lab studies, surveys, etc.
