Senior UX Designer

We have partnered with a special venture inside a large organization who’s seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their rapidly growing team. Just think of a start-up who has the resources of a Fortune 500 company, the possibilities to create are endless! This company gives an all new twist on how we view and understand the importance of a seamless experience using HR operating systems. It will also give you the opportunity to take part in the expansion of the existing team!

Daily Scope:

• You’ll work alongside a team of PM’s, engineers, and designers in a fast-paced user-centric environment, throughout release cycles.
• Create and refine the UX strategy, which includes ‘what’ you and your team build as well as ‘how’ you work.
• Stay ahead of the game when it comes to changing UX technologies and industry standards.
• Drive user testing efforts as well as define best practices and create style guides to ensure the highest quality.
• Participate in the recruitment and interview process of designers potentially joining the team.

What You’ll Need to Know:

• Exceptional design portfolio which includes well thought out interactions and visuals across web applications.
• Must have experience in creating sophisticated/elegant designs and help peers do the same. Set goals, motivate others to reach them, and enjoy mentoring and coaching your team.
• You’ve delivered products: you’ve gone through the ups and downs of release cycles and how to collaborate across the organization at each stage, efficiently and at the highest level of quality.
• Must have managed several projects simultaneously, working hand in hand with the product team on requirements and design.
• Prototyping on multiple platforms.
• Consult internally, providing business and technical feedback. Must be comfortable speaking about analytics and business models.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in an agile environment, minimum of two managing and guiding teams.
