Sr. Product Designer

Product Designer (end to end) needed to direct this popular E-commerce Product. Operate like a startup within a large established company!

• You’ll partner with product managers, engineers and other designers to push the site experience, making it engaging and usable at every stage. All while understanding the overarching brand and ensure that the digital experience feels connected to all other customer touch points.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, refine and push the current details of the clients digital experience.
• Mobile and site.
• Lead the design of our digital products from initial, high-level brainstorming through final execution and launch.
• Collaborate with engineers
• Partner with other team members to maintain design consistency and coherence across all products and platforms.
• Contribute to product strategy and work with Product Managers to use data and customer research to identify impactful design opportunities.
• Set up test plans and conduct user research.
• Understand the overarching brand and ensure that the digital experience feels connected to all other customer touch points.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience.
• Must have a portfolio showing projects you’ve lead.
• Experience designing for large-scale, robust websites.
• E-commerce experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to move fluidly between user experience design and visual design.
• Strong mobile experience (both mobile web and app).
• An understanding of HTML5, CSS3, iOS and the technical limitations influencing design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to seamlessly balance long term projects with daily design needs.
• Familiarity with Sketch preferred.
