Director of UX

Possibly one of the highest performing Design teams in the country. They are nimble, they are focused and specialised and they ship world class products regularly. They’re know for innovation – they don’t redesign, they completely re-think and innovate. They are truly design lead (founded by designers and the current CEO is also a Designer) – you can guarantee Design has a seat at the table.

An Experience Director in this team. you’ll work to ship world-class products for pioneering companies. You will oversee talented teams and work hands-on with organizations to create future experiences that can be widely varied yet highly specialised.

The bar is very high for this position – but for good reason – the Experience Director is the most senior position within this office, reporting directly to the CEO and having the freedom and responsibility to really make design decisions.

What kind of experience have you likely got?

• ● Proven experience in defining user experiences for a variety of applications, products, and platforms

• ● Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to articulate and defend design decisions

• ● Attention to detail

• ● Ability to excite and engage

  • ● 6+ years of experience doing what you do

  • ● Experience leading the creation of digital products and platforms

  • ● A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across a breadth of business verticals
