This growth has lead to the need to scale their Design teams here in the US, and they require hands-on, self-sufficient Leaders with consultancy experience. The upcoming projects will see them applying their expertise to the financial and fintech spaces – so experience in these areas is going to be a massive advantage. So what are these latest hires that they’ll be looking for – Design Directors strong in UX;

• Experienced in workshopping and engaging with customers to facilitate discovery phases
• Wireframing and prototyping to Lo-fidelity to distill ideas into prototypes to test and continue iterating with customers and end-clients for product validity
• Experience in engaging with internal teams and stakeholders, helping to establish process and design sprints
• Previous consulting experience – you know how to go out and work face to face with clients and lead them through a consultative UX process.
• You’re experienced in Product UX, especially anything Finance related – you understand designing for these platforms and ideally have experience with clients in this sector.
