Director of Product Design

Seeking a Director of Product Design (or VP depending on leveling) for a Series C Data Intelligence startup in NYC! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in B2C and building teams to come in and have a big impact on the direction of the company.

They are looking for someone with stellar communication skills, a Degree in design, research, HCI, or related field, can embrace change and ambiguity with entrepreneurial/startup mindset.

This role is based in NYC but relo assistance is offered.

Key Experience:

• Deep experience in a highly used, highly iterative product environment (Lots of iteration, versioning, and optimization with real product success to point to)
• Close proximity to both product and engineering teams (A strong leader who has the product + technical acumen to forge strong relationships as the “third leg of the stool”)
• Sharp business acumen (Clear understanding of how your work drove business impact for the business and what the KPIs were)
• Substantive experience with APIs and API Products
• Design leadership and team + process building (10+ years experience)
• Strong interest in data and complex problem
