Lead Product Designer

We’re sourcing a Product Design Lead for a company that streamlines that process seamlessly so that there are little to no barriers when it comes to requesting expenses, and efficiently reimbursing them.

In a Nutshell:
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who’s okay with leading a small team environment where you’re interacting with designers, Product Managers, and Engineers. Expect to own this product! You’ll be invested in the product and the quality of the solutions the company ships and will solve complex problems to add value to their customers.

In Order To Be Considered:
– 3-5 years experience as a Product Designer.
– 2+ years managing a team.
– MUST have B2B experience.
– Can prototype and test solutions autonomously.
– Must have experience using Slack.
– Sketch or Figma experience.
– Follow a well-defined design process from end to end.
– Must have research experience
– Must have experience and examples of interaction and visual design
– Experience materializing solutions into usable, scalable, and delightful interfaces.
