Lead Product Designer

A new client in the Fin-tech industry is looking for a Lead and a Mid-level Product Designer to join their team. You would be working closely with a team of designers based in China. You must have experience in the Fin-tech & B2C space. The role is strictly hybrid. 3 days in office 2 days WFH.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Human Interaction, or other related design degree

5+ years of end to end design experience

A strong end to end product design portfolio (applicants must provide a link or attach their portfolio of work)

Expert experience and knowledge of the Adobe Suite, XD, Miro,Figma or other virtual white-boarding software

Advanced experience solving varying design challenges with creativity, efficiency, and precision

Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively or prior leadership experience is a nice-to-have

Experience building original B2C and Mobile products.

Self-direction and confidence with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills

The ideal candidate also speaks and understands Mandarin
