Senior Product Designer

With over 15 million users worldwide, an established software company is seeking a Senior Designer join their talented crew of designers. They have over 15 million users worldwide.

This is a hybrid role, located in NYC and internationally.

What Would Make You an Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience and a portfolio that showcases your work
• You take ownership of the product’s design direction while collaborating closely with peers in the Design, Engineering, and Product Management teams
• Your experience as a primary contributor to multiple high impact projects has allowed you to develop ideas proactively and present them to your cross-functional team for strategy and road mapping
• You drive conversations toward next steps with leadership and peers by proactively questioning and collaborating
• You guide the product vision, explore, document, and present it to the team in a way they can understand
• You can quickly move projects forward using domain expertise, establishing principles, conducting research, and also propose plans when gaps need to be filled
• You are seen as a mentor for other designers and provide feedback and find ways to improve their work
• You understand visual design, typography, and grid systems
• You know when to bypass minor UX testing and lean on your expertise
