Senior Product Designer

They are hiring for a Mid-Senior level Product Designer (with a UX focus ) to assist with some newer digital products that scream…well, NEW and innovative!

About:

• First off, this is a remote role!
• This candidate will be collaborating with the Sr. PD, PM, and engineers across three products including Ecommerce/Marketplace and Internal Tools.
• Assist in the design of new products and services integrating data science and artificial intelligence that will unlock an extensive toolkit for innovation.
• Synthesize, prototype, polish, document, deliver, test, rinse and repeat. In the end, you will get to use your favorite tools and processes.
• Partner with the product team to identify new opportunities, run experiments, and ensure value is delivered to their users.
• Meet and collaborate with the Engineering team on a daily basis to discuss concerns, give quality assurance feedback, or ask questions.
• Participate in workshops where design, product, and engineering teams will collaborate to clarify or come up with solutions together.
• Leverage analytics to inform design decisions and actively engage in end-to-end discovery and design processes, from research and concept ideation to final high-fidelity visual designs.

What You’ll Need To Already Know:

• You have around three years or more of professional experience crafting across a range of products, services, workflows, and/or tools launched in consumer or business SaaS applications.
• You are a proactive self-starter, comfortable with taking what is ambiguous and making it tangible by leveraging design thinking techniques like sense-making and prototyping.
• You’ll have a strong portfolio that showcases your work, provides details of your role on projects, and shows examples of systems thinking and functional designs that you have developed from start to finish.
