Senior Ux Designer

Hi Designers!

We are looking for a creative Senior UX Designer with SaaS industry experience to help build and enhance this data company’s growing product portfolio. In order to be considered, you already are a detail-oriented, process-friendly, creative designer with the ability to work within tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously. Best of all, you’ll be able to collaborate with existing designers and across various projects!

What You’ll Do In This Role:

• Must be passionate about UX of course!
  
• You will work alongside the internal product and business teams and take direction from the CPO. You’ll understand how users interact with the company’s products and in turn, look at how the company can build world-class experiences to drive improved adoption, engagement, and value.
• Problem-solving through frameworks and solving the user’s needs by understanding the current personas
• Collab with designers and developers to apply design language and patterns to existing applications
• Ensuring collaboration with business and product partners through agile methods
• Generate design concepts, flows, wireframes, transitions, interactions, and prototypes
• Understanding and owning design thinking as part of the full design lifecycle
• Researching the company’s telemetry data to validate concepts, test prototypes, and apply findings to designs

Other Must Haves:

• MUST have SaaS experience. Non-negotiable.
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
• A strong UX design portfolio (applicants must provide a link or attach their portfolio of work)
• Experience and knowledge of the Adobe Suite, XD, Miro or other virtual whiteboarding software
• Advanced experience solving varying design challenges with creativity, efficiency, and precision
• Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively or prior leadership experience ( not a must, but this is good!)
• Self-direction and confidence with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
