In one of the fastest growing spaces, DesignOps is changing the way teams engages and companies strategise to leverage and harness incredible designers. We’re very excited to be partnering with a huge technology leader in their industry who are building out multiple new design units across the US – which includes the addition of more DesignOps experts across these pods.

The preferred location is Charlotte, but there are multiple locations which can be feasible including SF, Boston, NYC – so if you’re open to a move or in one of those areas already – let’s still chat further about it!

What’s it going to involve;

– Ensuring the Experience Design teams are equipped for success and delivering the highest value

– You’ll be responsible for defining and managing operational strategies and Design Processes

– Grow relationships internally across departments – improve process across teams

– Partner with Design leader to optimise Design resource

– Alleviate blocks for the Experience Design team.

What will get you a look in at the Senior Level here;

– Proven experience in a similar position – Project Mgmt, Program Mgr, DesignOps

– Knowledge of Design tools and previous experience working with Designers (no you don’t need to be a designer, just talk the talk!)

– Process Driven, highly organised and experienced with methodologies; Waterfall, Agile etc.

– Enthusiasm for making highly functional teams and delivering outcomes
