Digital Product Manager

Hi NYC,

We are working with a comfort-focused lifestyle brand who’s seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join their growing company.

For the past 10 years, they have grown from what was once a humble team of two into a rapid and profitable start-up that’s already a household name. With celebrity endorsements and features within notable publications such as Business Insider, they’re only going up from here!

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and plan to execute the best online shopping experience for new and existing customers. The Digital Product Manager will collaborate with cross functional partners to reach goals and deliver the ultimate customer experience.

The ideal candidate must already have experience in managing multiple vendors, owning 3rd party integrations, initiatives, and be the day to day point of contact.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and monitor the product strategy and roadmap with Director of Site Experience and VP of Digital.
• Manage rollouts/releases based on business needs.
• Oversee a business analyst and process of writing requirements as well as write business requirements.
• Collaborate with the Technical Project Manager to ensure deliverables are sent on time.
• Monitor metrics and come up with areas of opportunities based on findings.

What You Must Have:

• Ability to work within a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
• 3-5 years in Product Management along with strong leadership skills & ability to develop cross functional relationships.
• Experience with 3rd party vendors as well as their platforms and capabilities.
• Experience developing and managing A/B testing strategies.
• Shopify or Jira experience
