We are seeking a Sr. Product Owner to join a team within the insurance industry to help create and deliver digital tools to support the company’s agents on the field.
The Product Owner will work closely with an agile scrum team to deliver the product – The actual product itself is connected to their Salesforce platform, so someone who has this experience and background in Salesforce will be preferred!
You must be an effective communicator, capable of presenting new capabilities, etc and have the ability to collaborate with stakeholders/ thought leadership.
It is critical that you have Project Management skills – You’ll track milestones, delivery dates, ensuring that all parties are on track. It’s a high energy environment and they’ll need someone with in-depth program/project management.
Bonus: If you’ve been a Business Analyst in the past, you’d bump yourself up to the top of their preferred list!

* Bachelor’s Degree
* Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
* Proficient expertise in most common desktop and network computer applications, including but not limited to MS Office, PDF viewing/creation, Social Media, Android or IOS operation
* Through an in-depth knowledge of either Sales Force, CRM Best practices, or Agile based software development
* Creative and innovative user-centric mindset
* Proven track record in leading a cross functional team comprised of a variety of stakeholders to deliver winning results
* Ownership mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and proven ability to influence others
