Digital Project Manager

Location: New York office
Focus: To support clients and account managers on website development projects, multi-channel and creative campaign development projects, internal product enhancements, etc.
Our Client: Is a Digital Agency that focuses on the Travel Market.

Responsibilities:

• Own projects, manage timelines, assets, and overall project organization.
• Ensure that projects are on time and within budget.
• Help Web Designers, UX, Front-End Web Developers and Programming Teams have fluid communication and meet deadlines.
• Scope work and project goals.
• Consistently identify needs that the clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.
• Assist Programming Team, Front-End Developers and Head of Production to improve upon and develop new products to meet client needs and speed up development processes, company-wide.
• Conduct project post mortems and proactively identify opportunities for improvement to all process and tools used in the execution of project activities.
• Develop accurate scopes for unique marketing projects.
• Assist Team Lead with improving internal department and company processes.

Qualifications:

• You must have worked as a Producer or Project Manager in a digital agency to be considered.
• Have a thorough understanding of the digital marketing and technology projects, including website builds, social media, OLA, and rich media.
• Solid knowledge of web development technologies (CMS, .NET, HTML/CSS/JS)
• Keep calm and carry on. You must be able to juggle multiple projects and aggressive timelines.
• Have strong client facing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation skills
• Organizational and time management skills must be on point.
• Familiarity with project management/planning software (Quickbase, ActiveCollab, BaseCamp, Gantt, Slack, Resource Guru, Jira)
