DESIGN OPS Focused role!

Working with Product Designers – UX Research, UX and UI

*Must have experience work with Product Designers*

This rapidly growing Product Team has some absolutely top tier designers and they’re about triple in size so they definitely need the support and guidance of an industry pro DesignOps champion who can strategise and drive efficiency across the design practice.

They have a small team of DesignOps experts in place but as the squads and pods grow, they want to build out their DesignOps team even further to cater to their growing designers.

It’s always a great sign when the organisation has invested in DesignOps already – they see the value and need for the function within their product teams and their designers love having the support and guidance of these organisational masters!

The Opportunity?

This current opening is to fit in with their squads working across everything consumer facing within their suite of Digital Apps – and they have quite a User Base!

You’d be an independent, Senior IC that can collaborate with the other DesignOps team members to further enhance their coverage and optimisation of the Design Practice.

How will they know you’re the one for the job?

– You’ve got a proven track record in Program Mgmt and have specifically worked with Designers

– You can easily show the Product Teams you’ve worked with and especially how you’ve supported the Design function

– You can speak to ways you’ve enhanced and optimised a Design practise to improve velocity and generate measurable results for the team

As any true DesignOps pro will know – organisation, efficiency, accountability, measurable, strategy, delivery, execution…these are all standard words in your vocab that you’re working from daily.
