Senior Product Manager

Seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a well known startup based in NYC. The ideal candidate will have mainly B2B as well as some B2C experience.

You will be in charge of developing a strategy for their products development lifecycle, you’ll create technical requirements, and you’ll improve, create and complete functional specifications for their products that will increase overall B2B sales.

The ideal candidate has experience managing/prioritizing the business’s needs and timeline, owning product roadmaps, writing requirements, building wireframes, and collaborating with engineers/marketing team (Creative, e-comm, paid media).

What You’ll Do:

• You’ll collaborate within a small, tight-knit team
• Look at user research to determine goals and requirements
• Collaborate with engineers and the creative team to come up with solutions
• Create and follow through with product roadmaps
• Agile project management of projects and releases
• Write functional specifications which include requirements and detailed use cases for new product features
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Ensure performance requirements are met
• Communicate effectively

What You Should Already Know:

• Must have minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager. Any prior experience must E-comm operations.
• Bachelors Degree or higher
• Experience in writing functional specifications
• Experience working within a start-up (small team)
• Comfortable working within a start-up environment
• Experience working with ERPs, EMS, and/or e-commerce (Demandware/NetSuite) platforms
