Head of UX

Looking to join a fast-growing tech company with a product everybody needs at one point or another? Well, we are working with a global security platform/startup with over 10 million users worldwide….looking for a Head of UX to join their NYC team!!

The NY team is small but growing fast, and has an HQ office abroad, so there might be a little travel! Work side by side with the CPO in New York, in the midst of the Flatiron area.

Beautiful office – brand new, 2 floors, 100 people and growing!

As Head of UX, you will help to grow, lead and motivate a product design team that sits in 3 offices.

You will also:

• Create and drive strategy for design, and work closely with stakeholders
• Always advocate for the customer! (product, ENG, and marketing)
• Ensure brand- and system-level consistency across all product tracks
• Draw insights from the research team and turn findings into concrete solutions

Required 10 years at a MINIMUM in UX and Product Design and a MINIMUM of 3 years managing a robust team
