Lead Product Designer

We’re working with a client who has made this process easier by creating an top-rated web dashboard and mobile app, and they’re seeking to hire a Lead Product Designer to join their team full-time!

Your role will be to lead a team and improve/implement new features!

Please Note: We are seeking experienced designers only! Interns and those without leadership experience in design need not apply.

What You Need to Know:

• You’ll be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from inception to build and beyond.

• Create experiences that solve user and business problems that teachers will love!
• Communicate and facilitate decisions using user research, workshops, narratives, sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Define interaction models, user flows, and UI specifications.
• Help develop and define the company’s design sensibilities, methodologies, and overall design culture.

What You Should Already Know:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role as a UX / UI or Product Designer.

• You’re comfortable in a setting where you share your ideas with other designers and managers, critiquing and accepting constructive criticism to make the ideas/product better
• You have already seen a product end to end and are able to prove it! Your portfolio should showcase real products, along with a few concepts to show how creative you are.
