Requirements:

5+ years in-house working on software or web product

Strong experience with engagement metrics

Experience working with a product design team and familiar with all parts of a product development life-cycle

Agile development process

Ability to deliver insights to stakeholders

Degree in Cognitive Psychology, HCI, Engineering Psychology or similar

Entrepreneurial mindset

Desire to live and work in NYC!
