UI Designer

A large publicly traded advertising company is growing its Design Innovations Team and looking for a Visual Designer to join them! This Senior Visual Designer will work within the Data and Technology Department, responsible for crafting new and exciting solutions that would support the core digital products of the company globally.

This is a great opportunity to join the newly created Design Innovations team and help create the best design practices. Choose your own title, software to use, and projects to pursue.

Who You Are:

• Guru of Visual Design, with exceptional aesthetics in your portfolio
• An artist with the highest attention to detail
• You are excited to craft your own beautiful designs and can provide clear and direct feedback to other team members supporting you
• You have experience working with cross-functional teams throughout a product life-cycle
• You have experience of working with visual design systems and implementing them across different products and platforms
• You have strong organization and time management skills
• You’re good in problem-solving, utilizing data and analytical thinking

What You Will Do:

• Lead the team on all things artistic – color, typography, design systems, line, motion design, design strategy, etc..
• You’ll collaborate with your fellow Designers, Information Architects, Stakeholders, PMs
• Deliver and own high-quality engaging design experiences from concept to execution (concepts, prototypes, sketches, full designs, and design systems) in a timely and efficient manner
• You will teach, and inspire others on the what and why of Design
