UX Researcher – Contract

A Global Design Consultancy that specializes in the Financial Services industry is looking to hire an experienced UX Researcher on a contract basis to work at their client’s location in Santa Clara, CA.

What you will do:

• Work closely with Design, Research and Product teams to identify important research questions
• Design and execute research studies, using the right methodology for the right question
• Generate insights to help shape the medium and long-term product strategy

What you will bring:

• Exceptional communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
• MA/MS/PhD in a human behavior related field
• 3+ year of experience in product research
• Experience integrating user research into design practices
• Experience with qualitative/quantitative research studies, survey design, remote testing, etc
• Hands-on experience with statistical and experimental design is a plus
• Experience with pivot tables is a plus
