· Mainstream campaign management tool sets e.g. Adobe, Unica, Aprimo, Alterian
· Mainstream email marketing tools e.g. Smartfocus, Alterian EM, Salesforce
· Data management tool sets e.g. SQL, SAS, SSPS
· A degree or equivalent
