Director of Operations

Salt is partnering with a global media technology company that builds end-to-end solutions for immersive experiences looking to bring on a talented Director of Operations and Delivery to oversee the day to day activities of project Management, Service support and manufacturing to ensure that all departments are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve financial objectives through plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets
• Identify opportunities for improvement though Establishing quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated
• Oversee work schedules and facilitate hiring and training
• Leads coordination and integration of efforts among manufacturing, engineering, project management, and customer service divisions to produce smoother work flow and more cost-effective business processes
• Review and evaluate various processes
• Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate and implement new processes to the team
• Create smoother work flow and more cost-effective business processes

Education And Experience

• 10+ years of experience in an enterprise environment
• 10+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business processes
• 5+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Understanding, analyzing, and communicating technical concepts required
