Executive Communications Manager

Salt is partnering with a leading global IT Services + IT Consulting enterprise to hire a communications professional to join the firm’s internal and executive communications team as an Executive Internal Communications Manager – this role has been designated as REMOTE. Applicants should be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

This role is responsible for managing communications activities supporting the leadership of the firm’s “Storage” business unit. In this position, you will develop and manage internal and external communications activities, including content development and process management.

The Role + Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage executive communications activities (internal and external) for senior leadership
• Engage with a broad array of internal audiences (HR, engineering, product management, marketing) to source input to inform communications programs and content
• Develop executive content, including talking points for internal and external presentations, internal memos and other materials
• Coordinate logistics for executive and team member communications, including attendee/invitee lists, event timelines and video/production details
• Manage internal systems and tools to facilitate timely, polished communication to target audiences

Your Background + Experience

• BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
• Experience in communications, marketing, customer relations roles within the tech industry
• Writing and editing, including ideation, content sourcing/creation, revising and polishing written materials
• Interpersonal communication skills, including ability to quickly build rapport and trust with team and stakeholders
• Ability to interact with all levels and roles within the company, including senior leaders, technical team members, communications team members and others
• Visual communications skills, including the creation of presentations in PowerPoint, creation of infographics and using templates and layout tools to create attractive materials
• Project management skills, including creating and managing project timelines
• Experience managing multiple projects/deadlines in parallel
• Demonstrated experience producing high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines
• English language fluency is a requirement for this position
