Account Based Marketing Lead

Salt is partnering with a leading intelligent automation company within the healthcare industry. This company is looking for a seasoned Account Based Marketing Manager to develop programs that translate findings into sales pipeline and revenue. Full-time position/ Hybrid: Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Identify high-value accounts and target job functions
• Inform creative teams through analyzing content and campaign performance
• Collaborate with design, product marketing, and sales to develop new programs
• Own end-to-end project management
• Create new sales pipeline and help develop existing opportunities
• Identify and scale channel expansion opportunities
• Stay on top of trends through research to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
• Perform post-program impact and ROI analysis and report analysis to marketing, sales, and executive teams

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in a B2B demand generation, ABM, or field marketing role
• Excellent technical, data analysis, and project management expertise
• possess an eager growth mindset
• Proven record of collaborating with sales to generate and develop pipeline
• Proven experience running direct mail programs
• Knowledge with long sales cycles and how to deploy marketing tactics over time to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
