B2B Marketing Manager

Salt is partnering with seed-funded B2B-focused data analytics and collaboration platform that connects paid, owned, and earned marketing, sales, and product usage data. They help B2B enterprises with $100M+ in revenue to integrate, enrich, and analyze data across teams, and compare performance to industry benchmarks. The company is growing quickly and looking for smart, driven and creative folks to join them.

The marketing team is hiring for a B2B Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing the company’s overall marketing strategy as they embark on their next phase of hyper-growth.

Thought Leadership: Create compelling content that shares our unique perspective on the challenges and solutions of the exploding enterprise data and machine learning landscape

Product Marketing: Create detailed content that highlights our platform’s value proposition and differentiation, including product tour videos, blog posts and supporting assets

Sales Enablement: Work with our Sales and Account team to help communicate the value of the platform through a variety of content, training materials and sales assets

Customer Marketing: Collaborate with our product management team to create and support customer engagement and ongoing education on our platform through weekly emails, training guides, webinars

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop materials that resonate with current and future customers to increase new business and retention including presentations, blog posts, email content, one-pagers, infographics, etc
  • Develop email campaigns and newsletters to keep our customers engaged and up-to-date on product changes or new offerings/content
  • Determine KPIs and success metrics for marketing campaigns, tracking results and reporting on findings to the team
  • Manage marketing campaigns across social and advertising platforms
  • Manage the company’s content for the website and other promotional materials
  • Document learnings and best practices to continuously improve marketing GTM practices
  • Work with our partners to create co-branded marketing opportunities, oversee the creation of materials and help launch new partnerships and offers to the market
  • Most importantly, help develop a culture and team that strives for greatness and authenticity every day

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically creating content and managing marketing programs
  • Experience creating a variety of content – and the ability to take an idea and form a full story, fleshed out content and assets like graphics, videos and ads – everthing matters, not just the words!
  • A high bar when it comes to oral, written, interpersonal communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Experience with website design, graphics design, WordPress, Powerpoint, and the G-suite (gmail, docs, sheets, slides, hangouts)
  • You are a self-motivated IC and (most importantly) a kind and thoughtful teammate with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate progress in a rapidly changing environment
