Campaign Manager

YOU

Have proven extensive experience of campaign build and design client side or within an agency.

Deliver complex and insight driven reporting in an easily understandable and visually compelling manner.

Recognise areas for efficiencies within the end-to-end campaign delivery process, then adopt those efficiencies, measure the impact and communicate the benefit.

Are an innovator, commercially and compliance aware with the mindset to promote growth in new directions that benefit the business and the client.

Are a natural project manager, with the discipline and methodology to ensure that multiple workflows are moving forward successfully and consistently.

Maintain and build client trust and relationships by sustaining high-quality delivery and service.

Know how to:

• Nurture and lead an innovative and skilled campaign team to dynamically deliver work that exceeds the client’s expectations. You foster a positive and motivational environment for learning.
• Expertly manage the design, implementation and measurement of campaigns across a broad client base.
• Respond to pre-defined requirements ensuring a fit-for-purpose and fit-for-future solution to those requirements.
• Harness and innovate an existing mix of data, insight and toolset capabilities to ensure clients maximise its potential.
• Ensure strong communication with Client Services, Insight and Planning, the Development team and other internal Indicia business units, to understand and meet requirements.

Have qualifications or skills in:

• Mainstream campaign management toolsets e.g. Adobe, Unica, Aprimo, Alterian
• Data management toolsets e.g. SQL, SAS, SSPS
• BI and Data Visualisation tools e.g. Business Objects, Tableau or QlikView
• A degree or equivalent
