Salt is partnering with a global design and marketing firm looking to bring on a Customer Engagement Manager to support a global customer focused team, leading solutions to accelerate innovation and drive business results!
- Manage and develop communications with prospect and new partnerships and lead generation of customers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Present and report data from PowerBI dashboards monthly as well as a weekly business review.
- Provide support to the analyst relations team.
- Be the point of contact for stake holder engagements.
- Improve processes by identifying errors and initiating solutions.
- Ensure activities and procedures are up to operational standard.
- 3+ years B2B sales experience, enterprise experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the B2B sales process.
- Excellent client presentation skills at director level.
- Full lifecycle engagement experience.
- Influence and drive cross functional collaboration.
- Highly skilled at interpreting data to inform strategy and provide insights.
- A customer service mindset when working with stakeholders .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, PowerBI and MSX.
