Salt’s client is a Series B start-up based in NY who are at a key stage in their growth. They are a B2B software company who are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to head up their go-to-market strategies for their enterprise customers while reporting into the CMO.

The Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for:

• Strategising & implementing GTM strategies for the client’s enterprise customers
• Lead development of sales and marketing collateral to promote the client’s products and services
• Work closely with the product team to serve as the voice of the customer to improve the product road-map

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years experience in product marketing
• Experience within the B2B SaaS space
• Tenure at a pre-IPO start-up helping execute GTM strategies

Salt’s client is looking to offer a competitive pay package for the right candidate, along with a short term bonus structure and long term equity incentive structure. They are currently operating fully remotely but expect to operate in some capacity out of their NY HQ once feasible.
