Salt is partnering with a Series C Health-Tech company to hire a Marketing Manager, Member Engagement. This position is fully remote and a FTE. This position reports into the Senior Director of Growth and Engagement.
The Role:
- You will lead the strategy and execution of both creative and strategic integrated engagement marketing campaigns that will accelerate member enrollment and engagement (content, webinars, on-demand resources, email, digital, direct mail, etc.) with a focus on rigorous measurement of performance, testing, and optimization
- This position is responsible for the planning, development and detailed execution of creative and engaging annual programming for monthly and quarterly life-cycle campaigns focused on attracting, exciting, and engaging eligible employees and members
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness among employees and engagement among enrolled members
- Develop and manage our annual programming calendar with future monthly and quarterly campaigns
- Lead project plans for each campaign project, including logistics, timelines, and communication plans
- Build on the webinar playbook to scale over time and own the start-to-finish planning and execution of eligible employee and member-facing webinars
- Develop and execute on a testing framework (incl. a/b testing) to consistently drive new learnings across the team and improve conversion rates of integrated campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Design, Customer Experience and Product to test and scale new integrated campaign ideas
Your profile:
- 5+ years of marketing experience; 3+ years of B2C experience in account based marketing within high-growth companies
- Strong content writing skills; you can dive right in and begin writing copy for necessary components of a integrated member engagement campaign (i.e. landing pages, emails)
- You’re an analytical leader; eager to get into campaign results, interpret data, draw conclusions, and share insights
- Stellar project management and prioritization skills with mastery of the details
- Track record of effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across time zones
- The ability to quickly learn new tech and growth tools/platforms (e.g. building landing pages in CMS tool)
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn basic video editing capabilities (e.g. iMovie)
- Asana, Domo, Splash is a plus
