Enterprise Marketing Manager

Salt is Partnering with a global edge-to-cloud company advancing the way people live and work and solving the worlds most complex challenges. The Field Marketing team is looking for an experienced marketing expert to drive pipeline and revenue through end-to-end marketing programs for their Cloud, Hybrid IT and Services businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Set overall strategic and tactical direction for marketing programs to drive incremental pipeline and revenue goals
• Create and plan events that align marketing and sales objectives
• Manage all aspects of the budgeting, planning, implementation and measurement of marketing campaigns
• Lead cross-functional teams including product, channel and digital marketing, sales and business units to execute go-to-market plans
• Lead best practices from campaign set-up through Salesforce
• Provide recommendations to key stakeholders on opportunities for innovative campaigns

Experience:

• Proven knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools (Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Aprimo)
• Experience in creating consistent field adoption of the industry message
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task on a wide range of projects
• Proven ability of partnering with various stakeholders to deliver results
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and teams
• Excellent influencing skills

Qualifications:

• BA or BS in Marketing or any related field
• 7+ years marketing experience, including offering marketing, segment marketing and/or partner marketing
• Agency, sales and/or channel experience preferred
