The role + responsibilities:
The firm is looking for experienced, passionate, and well-networked recruitment marketing specialist to lead recruitment marketing efforts in the US. As a key member of our global team, you’ll be driving effective and compelling recruitment marketing strategy by designing and delivering campaigns across all recruitment channels in the US.
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns to create a strong talent pipeline and attract, engage, and nurture talent
- Own candidate-facing channels: internal and external, as well as all recruitment marketing events in the US (incl. campus recruitment)
- Manage talent marketing platforms and vendor relationships
- Drive our diversity and inclusion agenda
- Collaborate with multiple functional teams in the organization (business, HR, recruitment, marketing, internal communications) as well as external vendors to make big things happen!
- Inspire employees to become brand ambassadors
Your Background + Experience:
- You’re a curious, resourceful, creative problem solver, self-driven, team player, and well-networked employer branding/talent/recruitment marketing specialist with expertise and prior experience in the talent, recruitment, and digital marketing space
- You’re able to see the big picture, join the dots, create solutions, and get the job done
- You’ve organized campaigns, programs and events from strategy to execution that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads
- Experience of working on LinkedIn and other social recruitment/attraction channels
- You inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey
- You understand social media and other channels that need to be leveraged for making any engagement a hit
- You’re a pro when it comes to working with latest technology and tools such as Hootsuite, CRM, Taleo
- 6+ years of proven previous experience in a recruitment marketing/employer branding role where you managed campaigns (strategy to execution), as well as owned vendor relationships
- Masters in marketing or certifications in employer branding/DEI preferred
