Senior Analyst- Performance Marketing

As the Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Report, design, conduct and analyze on A/B tests for business functions
• Oversee large, diverse global marketing campaigns
• Lead data analysis and growth opportunities while uncovering insights
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve tools and processes
• Manage user analysis to better provide insights for UX improvements
• Work cross-functionally with product, and content teams to optimize landing page experience
• Partner with external publishers (Google, Microsoft etc.) and stay updated on the latest Performance Marketing trends

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in paid marketing within the e-commerce environment
• Expert in SEM platforms. (Google AdWords, and Bing Ads)
• Experience in running and interpreting A/B testing
• Experience analyzing large amounts of data
• Be data-driven, analytical and motivated by revenue
• Very organized and a self-starter
• Collaborate with engineers to create solutions to business problems
• Experience working on digital marketing campaigns at global scale
• Expert knowledge of SQL, MS Excel and exposure to a programming language
