Senior Marketing Manager

Salt is partnering with a multinational financial services company based in Austin. They are looking to bring on a Senior Marketing Manager to their team, you will be responsible for creating compelling marketing programs that deliver business results for key products and ensuring consistency and alignment across marketing programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end management of retail client marketing efforts in support of company products
• Create and maintain actionable strategies and project plans that align with the business goals
• Clearly update on progress to key stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with business partners to evaluate opportunities, and execute client-facing communications across multiple marketing channels
• Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
• Manage day-to-day activities with internal and external Agency Partners
• Report on progress and results/learning’s/implications with partners and senior leadership
• Responsible for ensuring regulatory requirements for all marketing communications

Qualifications:

• 10+ years marketing related experience
• Experience in managing creative agencies
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Key knowledge of investment products and investing foundations
• Experience in executing various marketing communications including digital content, print, email, and banner advertising

Capabilities:

• Excellent marketing program management skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage and multitask multiple projects to execution
• Proven ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with strong problem solving skills
• Collaborative ability to work with business and marketing partners, and report out on marketing program status
• Leadership and relationship-building skills with key partners
• Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional/highly matrixed organization
