CRM Director

Salt’s client is a growth-stage startup with offices in both Toronto and NYC. They are looking for a hands-on CRM Director to join their NY office and help grow the retention and lifecycle marketing functions of the business.

The CRM Director will be responsible for:

  • Owning the full lifecycle of customer touch points
  • Advising the team and key stakeholders on CRM best practices and guiding them on how to best leverage their marketing technology stack
  • Planning, executing and managing end-to-end CRM campaigns

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years’ CRM experience
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end CRM campaigns
  • Experience in a highly transactional, B2C mobile environment
  • University Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
