Director of CRM

Our client is a growing FinTech company within the insurance space, looking to bring on a Director of CRM to own an increasingly important channel within their marketing mix. This role will be a fully remote position.

The CRM Director will manage their email, push, and in-app messaging to increase retention and engagement throughout a customer’s lifecycle.

The successful candidate will come from a strong tech or venture-driven start-up background, and have a strong technical aptitude within the CRM space. They will also be helping build out a team, so people management skills is required.
