Marketing Operations Manager

My client a rapidly growing startup, is seeking to build out their marketing department, this role is a wonderful opportunity for a technical marketing professional looking to own a marketing tech stack.

As Marketing Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Partner closely with marketing leaders, business intelligence and product management to select and implement new tools into our rapidly growing marketing tech stack
• Oversee the implementation of a CRM into our marketing tech stack, creating a single source of truth for customer data
• Ensure the technical success of implementing multi-channel campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle – from lead nurturing, to onboarding, to engagement

Seeking the following:

• 4-5 years of experience with managing and implementing marketing tech stacks at a fast-growing startup
• You have experience across the entire marketing tech stack, from event tracking, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), automation and engagement
• Strategic thinking and an understanding on how data should flow between different parts of the system
• Advanced CRM knowledge
• You are highly analytical and have an obsession with tracking, reporting, and visualizing marketing data for actionable results
