Sr. CRM Marketing Manager

About the role

Seeking a Sr. CRM Marketing Manager for a fast-growing customer base in a massive industry. You will design and drive our strategy across email, SMS, and push channels. You’ll optimize messaging frequency and positioning, bring new products and features to existing users, cross-sell to a growing network of leads, oversee the channel implementation of a referral and affiliate program, and more. You are clearly analytical and results-driven but obsess over both written and visual content as well.

Requirements

* CRM marketer with 6-8 years of relevant experience in consumer/SMB tech companies, 2-sided marketplace experience is a plus

* Experience leading both acquisition and lifecycle engagement via modern CRM channels

* Track record of improving LTV, partnering with Data Science to develop test and learn strategies to optimize business impact across marketing programs and campaigns including product affinity, channel affinity, cross-shopping, purchase path, lifecycle, customer LTV & more

* Partner with our Content Marketing Manager to design an editorial calendar that keeps up with the pace of the product and engages key segments

* Partner with Strategy + Pricing, Product, BD, and others to create and enhance segmentation and predictive models, marketing databases, and other systems required to effectively deploy our CRM strategy across the organization

* Create and deliver reporting on the performance of our channels and the impact of your work

* Lead CRM technical management and optimization across all tools (We have a ton of tools and use Iterable right now)
