Marketing Specialist – Analytics & AI Alliances

Salt is partneting with a global business services and digital transformation firm to hire a Marketing Specialist for their Analytics & AI Alliances. This a US-based, full-time, permanent, remote position.

This is an entry-level role and will be focused on the tactical execution of the marketing strategy for the firms AI & Analytics alliances. In this hands-on role, you’ll deliver high impact marketing campaigns that use new and innovative marketing techniques incl. lead generation, lead nurturing, digital and social media marketing. Applicants MUST be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

The role + responsibilites:

• Manage tactical execution of marketing programs that build pipeline and awareness for alliance programs and drive business growth across the AI & Analytics alliances portfolio
• Support the ongoing execution of integrated campaigns for the alliances teams, geared toward brand awareness, alliance knowledge transfer and lead generation
• Track, monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and contribute to the creation of ROI reports
• Maintain and communicate project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of programs with reporting and tracking of leads
• Prepare internal communications that support and bolster alliances’ position and offerings, including alliance newsletters, practice updates, intranet articles, and case studies
• Partner with agency resources to drive the development and execution of campaign efforts
• Engage in-house creatives to drive the production of customized visual identities and marketing assets including but not limited to thought leadership, sales decks, solution sheets, and signage
• Work closely with team members to share best practices and leverage marketing programs and initiatives

Your profile + experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
• Travel up to 25% based on your specific clients and industries/sectors
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing and demand generation campaigns
• Experience managing / coordinating large events activations
• Team-oriented approach, with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting expectations and deadlines
• Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
• Ability to navigate a highly complex, matrixed environment to accomplish goals with tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a PLUS)
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
