Performance Analytics Manager

Salt is partnering with a multinational financial services company. They are looking to bring on a Performance Analytics Manager to their team, if you are a data savvy, subject matter expert- this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• You will lead and support automation projects as well as reporting on model portfolios, while increasing your subject matter knowledge in these areas
• The team is responsible for analyzing, presenting, and reporting on performance, attribution, and statistics of investment products for internal business partners and the public
• You will play a key role in delivering insights, supporting a data-driven culture, and protecting the accuracy of client reporting

Requirements:

• Increase the efficiency and coverage of operational reporting with a focus on accuracy
• Developing and optimizing SQL and/or Python for reports and automation
• Nurturing collaborative relationships with partner organizations to establish best review processes, understand and address pain points, and drive value-added performance data analysis
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and business teams
• Staying updated with industry and functional trends and using these insights to inform team initiatives

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in SQL and database fundamentals; Python experience preferred
• Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg, and Morningstar a plus
• A self- starter with the ability to thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
