This role is for unique professionals that want to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in the application of process engineering principles. They will design and optimize business processes that will drive improvements in customer-centric service and measurable efficiency gains.
The clients purpose is to fulfil speciality business insurance needs in many industries through their network of wholesalers, brokers, and agents.

Bachelors/Master’s degree in engineering, business, related discipline, or equivalent work experience
7-10 years relevant business support and/or general analysis experience
Expert knowledge and demonstrated use of statistics, finance, and/or economic principles.
Expert knowledge and demonstrated use of process engineering methodologies
Knowledge of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) or equivalent methodology.
Black Belt certification
Change Management certification
